Founded by a senior Consultant in Public Health with experience at Director level we are a small but highly motivated and action oriented team. Working with your business we can provide a sound, politically astute leader and effective team players. We will support you to deliver high quality, efficient health and care outcomes and provide professional support for effective decisions.
We bring exceptional teaching and training skills with experience in coaching, mentoring and supporting staff through personal and organisational development.
Population health specialisms include strategy and planning, quality assurance, evidence based practice and data and intelligence.
Alongside our other professional services we offer yoga and midfullness separately or can build these into projects to support change.

PRINCE2 and Agile trained we can provide a bespoke project management solution to large and small projects. Our experience of successful projects ranges from educational or selection events and processes to large scale IT projects.

That services provide value is a given. Having developed and lead screening quality assurance systems for NHS Screening Programmes, we bring significant experience in quality control, assurance and improvement which can be tailored to help you demonstrate valuable outcomes.
data and intelligence
Numbers make the world go round. Epidemiology and statistical skills drive public health improvements and turning numbers into intelligence to support good decisions is our specialty. We bring a range of analytical tools presentation methods to suit your requirements.
organisational development
As the sector cycles continues to develop, leaders need compassion as well as drive to support staff through recurrent periods of change. We offer strong OD skills alongside strategic planning including facilitation, coaching and occupational assessment.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
To complement our skills in coaching and staff development we offer more traditional education and training. A trained educator, Jan brings strong skills in curriculum development and student-centred learning whilst Richard utilities facilitation and practical skills as well as, separately, teaching English as a foreign language.
